Please note: If you are within the 14 days cooling off period, a full refund will be credited to the payment method used within 5 days. If you are outside of the 14 days cooling off period, no refund will be given, however no future payments will be taken, and your service will be cancelled. You will still have access to the service until the end of the paid month. If you would like to contact us please email us at support@iduk.co.uk.

If you cancel your account we will send an email and SMS to confirm cancellation of your subscription will be sent to you. Please check your junk folder for the email, just in case.
